How Does it Work?
Subject to successful referencing and relevant contracts being signed we will pay our Landlord the full rent every month (subject to a premium management service being taken). Any problem with the tenant paying the rent will be dealt with by
our underwriters, this includes eviction proceedings and any associated legal costs.
